Shipping Area
Natures Solar Lights currently delivers orders throughout the continental United States. Special arrangements on a limited number of products can be made for deliveries to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska for additional shipping charges, and must be requested through email at NaturesSolarLights@gmail.com. We do not ship to Mexico.
Shipping Method & Time Frame
Shipping charges are based on merchandise total weight for each delivery address. UPS or FedEx Ground are the preferred carriers for their reliability and tracking process. Travel time for UPS generally ranges from 3-5 days; most orders should generally be received by our customers between 5-10 days from purchase.
Shipping time frames should be calculated using business days only; orders and delivery are scheduled Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Holiday time frames can vary widely in November and December, due to the high order rate and high number of shipments. Natures Solar Lights recommends avoiding the rush, and ordering your holiday purchases well ahead of when they are actually needed, to avoid order and shipment delays affecting your satisfaction.
Your order may be shipped from two different locations and in two different time frames, depending on where individual items are being warehoused.
Handling Fees
Natures Solar Lights does not charge any Handling Fees.
Shipping Method Upgrade
Special arrangements can be made to upgrade your shipping to 3-day or UPS air.
International Shipping
Special arrangements can be made for Canada and international shipping on some of our solar lights. Please send an email with the complete destination address, and the complete list of products you wish to purchase. We will respond within 48 business hours to advise if we can deliver to the address given, the additional shipping charges, and procedures if we can complete your order.
Paying By PayPal eCheck
Our customer's order will be processed and shipped after we are notified by PayPal that the eCheck has cleared.
Shipment Inspection
The most important part of taking delivery of your order is making an immediate inspection of the packaging. If there is damage to the packaging itself, inspect the contents inside the box immediately for any damage to the contents. Mark "Package Damaged", and the extent of any damage to the contents, on the carrier's delivery sheet prior to signing for the shipment. This will make the process much easier in the rare event a return is required due to damage.
Notify Natures Solar Lights immediately if the damage will require a replacement order. Do not return the shipment until you have received a Return Authorization from us.
If a notation to damage extent is not made on the carrier's delivery sheet, once you have signed for your delivery, Natures Solar Lights or the appointing shipping company, will not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or shortages.
Free Shipping
Natures Solar Lights does not offer Free Shipping unless we are offering a special promotion or sale. When Free Shipping is offered by most online businesses, the average cost of shipping the product is added to the cost of each product. We do not believe this is a fair practice for you, especially on multiple item orders when each item is charged by them at a premium amount.
We maintain low pricing and shipping based on the weight of your order, just as UPS and FedEx do, so your total price is actual and never inflated to make up for "Free Shipping".
Natures Solar Lights may offer Free Shipping on merchandise orders being shipped to the same address at certain times of the year, within the continental United States, and applies only for standard ground shipment. We do reserve the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time.
Multiple Shipping Locations
For multiple shipping addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Shipping Charges Non-Refundable
Shipping charges for products returned to Natures Solar Lights or the solar lights distributor will not be refunded, unless the product is being returned due to the wrong product received or an error on our part.
Returning A Purchase
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund, minus the shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original wrapping when you return the item.
