Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Area
Natures Solar Lights ships the products offered throughout the 48 contiguous United States only. Special arrangements on a limited number of products can be made for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada for additional shipping charges, and must be requested through email sent to NaturesSolarLights@gmail.com.
Free Shipping, Shipping Method & Time Frame
Natures Solar Lights has Free Shipping on all products site wide, with no minimum purchase required. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS are the preferred carriers for their reliability and tracking process. Travel time generally ranges from 3-5 days; most orders should be received by our customers between 5-7 days from purchase.
Shipping time frames should be calculated using business days only; orders and delivery are scheduled Monday - Friday, UPS and Monday - Saturday, FedEx and USPS, excluding holidays.
Your order may be shipped from various locations and time frames, depending on where individual items are being warehoused. We do have many of our products shipped direct from the Manufacturer or Distributor to cut down on the environmental effects of shipping, and the cost of double charges for shipping. This allows us the opportunity to offer you Free Shipping, maintain low pricing, and stay in business.
Holiday time frames can vary widely in November and December, due to the high order rate and high volume of shipments. Natures Solar Lights recommends avoiding the rush, and ordering your holiday purchases well ahead of when they are actually needed, to avoid order and shipment delays affecting your satisfaction.
Handling Fees
Natures Solar Lights does not charge any Handling Fees.
Shipping Method Upgrade
Special arrangements can be made to upgrade and expedite your shipping time frame. Please call us at 623-974-0787 or email us at NaturesSolarLights@gmail.com to obtain an additional shipping quote.
Shipment Inspection
The most important part of taking delivery of your order is making an immediate inspection of the packaging. If there is damage to the packaging itself, inspect the contents inside the box immediately for any damage to the products you ordered. Mark "Package Damaged", and the extent of any damage to the contents, on the carrier's delivery sheet prior to signing for the shipment. This will make the process much easier in the rare event a return or replacement product is required due to damage.
Notify Natures Solar Lights immediately if the damage will require a replacement order. Do not return the shipment until you have received a Return Authorization from us.
If notification of a damaged shipment is not made immediately, Natures Solar Lights and the appointed shipping company will not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or shortages.
Returning A Purchase
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund, minus the shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original wrapping when you return the item.
Do not return any products without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Please send an email to: naturessolarlights@gmail.com with the details of your request for a return and return authorization number. When processed, a RA #, Return Instructions, and the address to return your products to will be emailed to you.
Shipping Charges Non-Refundable
Shipping charges for products exchanged or returned to Natures Solar Lights, or our representative, will not be refunded, unless the product is being returned due to the wrong product received, an error on our part, or a defective product.
On orders placed with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order to you originally will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fees
There could be a 15% restocking fee on some solar light items, i.e., Gama Sonic solar lights and Sunnydaze solar fountain products generally do charge us for a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Call us at 623-974-0787 if you need specific details.
